My story, The Way I Breathed was published alongside A.L Kennedy and Ben Okri in A Short Affair (Scribner 2018). I was awarded one of Cove Park’s Scottish Emerging Writer Residences (2019) and have been commissioned by the Scottish Book Trust to write stories for their Rebel project and The Edinburgh International Science Festival. In 2018, I read from Rickle o Bones at the Scottish Parliament. I hold an MLitt in Creative Writing with Distinction from The University of St. Andrews and a BA (hons) degree in Theatre from Dartington College of Arts. I work as a Library Assistant, while raising my young son. I am available for author visits and included on Scottish Book Trust’s Live Literature Author Directory.
